FinTrack is a full-scale digital banking platform we built for Meridian Financial Group to replace their aging core banking interface. The platform unifies accounts, payments, cards, and personal finance management into a single secure experience across web and mobile, backed by an event-driven microservices architecture.
Meridian's legacy banking system could not scale to meet demand during peak payment windows, leading to timeouts and a fragmented customer experience across channels. Regulatory compliance and zero-downtime migration were non-negotiable.
We designed an event-driven microservices platform on Kubernetes with strong isolation between payment, ledger, and identity domains. A phased migration moved customers in cohorts with real-time reconciliation, while an AI insights engine surfaced spending patterns and fraud signals.
